How Our Sourcing Works
Make an inquiry
Are you looking for a specific watch? We'd be happy to help you find it. Simply let us know all the details about your desired model.
Worldwide Research
To proceed, we require a 50% deposit. Upon receipt, we will immediately begin sourcing your watch, ensuring it arrives with us and undergoes thorough internal inspection. For particularly rare or high-value models, full prepayment may be required before we initiate the sourcing process.
Authenticity check
Once the watch arrives, we conduct a comprehensive internal inspection. Our experts and watchmakers carefully check its authenticity, condition, and functionality. Among other things, we examine the movement, case, and bracelet, as well as all accessories – ensuring that, if stated, it is a complete set with original box and papers.
Secure Delivery
After the completed inspection, we will send you detailed photos and videos for final approval. Once the remaining balance has been paid, we will organize secure shipping to you, or you can pick up your watch in person at our showroom in Cologne.

Die Dauer hängt von Modell und Verfügbarkeit ab. Häufig nachgefragte Modelle finden wir oft innerhalb von 1–4 Wochen. Besonders seltene Stücke können 2–3 Monate benötigen.

Die initiale Anfrage und Recherche sind für Sie kostenlos und unverbindlich. Erst wenn wir Ihnen eine konkrete Uhr zum Kauf anbieten und Sie zustimmen, entstehen Kosten.
Wie wird die Echtheit garantiert?
Jede Uhr wird von unseren zertifizierten Uhrmachern vor dem Kauf geprüft. Sie erhalten ein schriftliches Echtheitszertifikat von GABRIEL sowie alle vorhandenen Originaldokumente.
Kann ich die Uhr auch vor dem Kauf sehen?
Selbstverständlich. Wir können die Uhr in unser Atelier bringen, sodass Sie sie persönlich in Augenschein nehmen können, bevor Sie eine Kaufentscheidung treffen.
