Cash purchase

You are welcome to come to our store during our opening hours or after making an appointment by telephone. Feel free to watch as we analyse, value and weigh your jewellery pieces. You will receive a detailed bill of purchase from us and we will pay the purchase amount immediately in cash. Please bring your identity card or passport with you.

Purchase by post

You can also send us your precious metals or jewellery by post and we will reimburse you for the value via bank transfer.
Send us your precious metals or your jewellery with the accompanying letter as an insured and securely packed package. Packages sent by post can be insured to a value of €500 or €2500 (in Germany). We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we receive your package and, following your confirmation, we will immediately transfer the purchase sum to the account specified by you.

Personal collection by a courier

You would prefer not to send your precious metals by post? Because your jewellery pieces are worth more than €2,500 or the quantity is too large? Please complete our inquiry form, call us or send us an e-mail with your address, telephone number, the desired insurance value and the approximate weight. We will then call you to arrange a personal collection.
