2.2 The customer can submit the purchase offer in writing, by email or via the online shop of the seller integrated online order form. When purchasing via the online order form, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer with regard to the goods contained in the shopping cart in the final step of the order process after entering his personal data and by clicking the button Conclude order. Before placing an order, all entries can be corrected continuously using the usual keyboard and mouse function. 2.3 The seller will immediately confirm receipt of the customer's purchase offer by electronic means (e-mail). 3.1 The prices quoted by the Seller shall be understood as final prices, i. e. they include all price components, including the statutory German value added tax. 4.2 If delivery to the customer is not possible, the commissioned transport company will return the goods to the seller, whereby the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the unsuccessful attempt at delivery.
